Why the Federal Government is so Screwed Up

All you need to do is read the story from the Washington Post below to understand how screwed up the Federal Government is.  So the government wastes money by flying the acting director of the National Weather to Fort Worth to terminate the Director of the Southern Region.  Gee all they had to do is call him and say you are fired. Although this is a very small drop in the bucket this is why the government is broke.
