Furloughs won't happen until April under Sequester

In reality nothing will happen on March 1st so Congress has until the end of March to kick the can down the road once again.  Keep in mind the latest Continuing Resolution will expire at the end of March as well so you can figure it out for yourself what will happen.  Look for another 6 Month CR accompanied by a delay of the Sequester.
