The Non Debt Ceiling

The Debt Ceiling was reached on 12/31/12 but Congress kicked the can down the road until April 15th with no Limit on the Debt.  So far the US has added.over 130 Billion in new debt since then.  By the end of the year it will be well over 17 Trillion.
