Obama says sequester would take meat cleaver to government

Oh Please, let's stop the theatrics.  84 Billion out of a 3.8 Trillion Dollar Budget is 2.2%.  Jesus Christ the Government can't even deal with a 2.2% cut in spending.  And Boehner said he would balance the budget in 10 years.  Yeah Right.
