CBO Forecasted Tax Receipts through 2023

I don't know what the people at the CBO are smoking but they are forecasting individual tax receipts to double by 2023!!!  All I can say is Wow!!   Apparently it's all smooth sailing through 2023.  They only way this is going to happen is if some new great technology is developed that leads to massive job growth or taxes are raised substantially in the coming years.
