42 Billion is the end of the World

The real cost of the Sequester will be around 42 Billion as it only applies to Fiscal Year 2013 which will end on September 30th.  42 Billion is roughly 1.1% of the current 2013 Budget.  All the posturing about the world ending due to 42 Billion in cuts is ridiculous.
